Corporate programs

ISPE also conducts training & certification programs for corporates (corporate-sponsored trainees) on Six Sigma Yellow belt, Green belt, Black belt, Champion, Lean Management & Business Excellence under the Corporate workshop, at Business class hotel in the city of training or in own premise (if lent) of the Corporate.

Six Sigma Yellow belt program (SSYB)

For training corporate nominated employees, who are new to Six Sigma, wanting to understand its unique approach to problem-solving, & bring Breakthrough improvements along with learning & applying quality tools at the workplace. All trainees would be issued an SSYB program participation & completion certificate on clearing a written examination (the passing percentage is 75) to be held on the last day of training.

Six Sigma Green belt program (SSGB)

For training corporate nominated employees, for them to facilitate as change agents at the workplace, in order to bring visible changes in organizational performance reaping reasonable & sizeable benefits to the business. All trainees would be issued an SSGB program participation & completion certificate on clearing a written examination (the passing percentage is 75) to be held on the last day of training.

Six Sigma Black belt program (SSBB)

For training corporate nominated employees (who are certified Green belts) identified to drive six sigma movement & culture in their organizations, who have a keen interest to learn & implement performance improvements in the workplace, & drive a performance-oriented culture in professional & personal life. All trainees would be issued an SSBB program participation & completion certificate on clearing a written examination (the passing percentage is 80) to be held on the last day of training.

Six Sigma Champion program (SSC)

For training corporate nominated people from the senior & top management of corporates, who are responsible for coordinating a business roadmap to successfully achieve optimum Six Sigma results within their organization. All trainees would be issued an SSC program participation & completion certificate on clearing a written examination (the passing percentage is 80) to be held on the last day of training.

Lean Management program

For training corporate nominated employees identified for bringing visible breakthrough improvements in their work process / at their workplace through the use of Lean concepts & tools. All trainees would be issued a Lean Management program participation & completion certificate on clearing a written examination (the passing percentage is 75) to be held on the last day of training.

Program duration & training batch size

SSYB for 2 days, SSGB for 4 days, SSBB for 6 days with a batch size of not more than 20 trainees/participants for each (SSYB, GB & BB). And SSC for 2 days, & Lean Mgt for 2 days with trainee/participant batch size per the requirement of the respective company/organization. Choice of weekday & weekend program available for all (SSYB, GB, BB, SSC & Lean Mgt).

Fees & Certification

Fees for the above (SSYB, GB, BB, SSC, & Lean Mgt) training programs under Corporate workshop would / would not be variable (keeping training program fees under the public workshop as the base) depending on the HR policies of the respective company/organization. Please refer to the page ‘Registration & Course Fees’ for fee details on training program fees under the Public workshop.

As mentioned above under each program (SSYB, GB, BB, SSC & Lean Mgt), all participant trainees would be issued a program participation & completion certificate, on clearing a written examination (passing percentage is 75 for SSYB, GB & Lean Mgt, & 80 for SSBB & SSC) to be held on the last day of training, after 1 week (post-training & examination) to reach the Company/Corporate.
